LEADERSHIP
DEVELOPMENT ROUNDTABLE
Description of Program:
The Leadership Development Roundtable brings junior level executives
together with senior executives for a focused program designed to
accelerate their careers. The goal of the roundtable is to give
these junior executives the resources and coaching they need to
be more effective within their organization and to advance their
careers.
This
is an exciting opportunity for the next "Rising Star" within a company
to learn from more experienced executives. The group will meet once
a month for an hour and a half to discuss real-life issues they
are facing as they are moving up the corporate ladder. They will
have the chance to talk about their experiences, set professional
goals, actively work towards accomplishing these goals, and learn
from the experiences of others over the course of the one year program.
Qualifications to participate:
- Nomination
from senior management within their organization
- 3-13
years of professional workplace experience
- Supervisory
or managerial role within their current position
- Commitment
to attend at least 10 of the 12 meetings is a must, or individual
will be asked to leave the group to give room for others to join
- Only
one person per company is permitted to join the group
Individual will be asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement to
ensure that discussions within the group will remain confidential
in order to protect each company's privacy.
Qualified
candidates will be selected on a first-come first serve basis and
at the discretion of senior executive membership within the group.

Frequency/Dates of Program:
This groups meet once a month and enforces a strict attendance policy.
2nd
Friday of the month from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Cost:
An annual fee of $250 is charged to participate. Individuals will
be placed in the Executive Roundtable on a first-come, first-served
basis dependent on the availability within the group.
