Clinical Trials & Surveys Corp. (C-TASC), a clinical trials solutions company, announced today it has hired Robert E. Kaplan, MHA as chief information officer. As CIO, Bob Kaplan will be the head of information technology within C-TASC as well as oversee the development of the company’s clinical trial management system (CTMS) software, scheduled for public release in 2010.
