Professional Networking Events Near Baltimore

We pride ourselves on creating innovative forums and professional networking events near Baltimore where our members can meet, learn and do business.

But guess what?

The majority of our programs are designed by our members.  They provide us with feedback that we utilize to make changes, improvements and just plain better events.

From Educational seminars and Roundtables to Professional Networking events and fun get-togethers we host over 250 meetings and events a year.  So you better believe that there is something for everyone.

Beakers & Beers (Bio Members invited, held bi-annually) although it’s rarely seen outside of this event – drinks, scientists and networking do mix.  Join us at one of our happy hours for bio professionals where they meet and hang out with their peers.

Email Advertising (Members invited, quarterly promotions) members have requested the opportunity for more exposure and ways to promote their company to their fellow GBTC members. Email advertising provides another opportunity for our members to share their story.

Executive Roundtables (Members invited, held monthly) are confidential peer to peer forums for business leaders to discuss issues relating to their own businesses or industries.

Executive Summits (Members & Non-Members invited, held intermittently based on community need) will provide learning opportunities on the newest forms of business strategy, management techniques or technology updates.  The program is set up as a forum for interactions within your peer group. The sessions (typical 2-4 hours in length) provide rich educational content and tangible action items for your business.

Face2Face (Technology Executive Members invited, held quarterly) is an intimate dinner series, where attendees learn first hand what challenges these seasoned leaders faced, how they overcame them and what lies ahead.

GBTechNet (Members invited, held bi-monthly) are networking groups specifically geared toward relationship and partnership development.  Sales and Biz Dev. folks are a perfect fit.

GBTC 101 (Members & Non-Members invited, held monthly) is an introduction to the GBTC - our orientation.  Spend an hour over breakfast or lunch and learn about our organization and the services and programs we extend to our members.

GBTC Golf Classic (Members & Non-Members invited, held annually in the Spring) is a day of high-powered networking, golf and fun.

Meet the Members (Members & Non-Members invited, held quarterly) is our breakfast series where you can network and listen to local business leaders as they share their expertise and experiences.

TechNite (Members & Non-Members invited, held annually in the Fall) our signature event and annual fundraiser – it is the region's premier business and technology night out. An evening filled with networking, hot regional companies and more.

Voices of Bio (Bio Members & Non-Members invited, held bi-annually) is a topic driven, peer-to-peer discussion featuring leading industry experts.

Wine Tastings (Members invited, held quarterly) showcase our leading technology members in a relaxed and casual atmosphere where they can network and try some fantastic wines.

Workshops (Members invited, held three times a year) provides attendees with a glimpse behind the curtain to get an insider's view on how they are tackling business challenges.
